WPPAC IS A SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT
During Performances:
Audible alarms such as beepers and cell phones must be turned off while in the theatre.
Doctors may leave their names and seat locations with the House Manager so that messages may be delivered to them. Any concerned parent may leave the theatre phone number listed above with sitter or service.
Restrooms:
Both restrooms are located off the main lobby just past the Box Office.
Concessions:
Light refreshments will be sold at intermission. Please be advised that only bottled water is permitted in the theatre.
Fire Notice:
Please take note of the green exit signs located throughout the theatre. In the event of a fire or other emergency, walk - do not run - to the nearest exit.
| Cameras/Video/Digital Recorders:
No recording of any kind is permitted during performances. Flash photography is strictly forbidden.
Services for Disabled Patrons:
Wheelchair spaces are available in the theatre. Also the first three rows of the theatre are sloped with no steps. When ordering your tickets, please inform the box office personnel so that they may assist you in securing the most accessible seats for you.
Parking spaces for disabled patrons are located near the entrance to City Center on each level. Access for handicapped vans is on the ground level ONLY. WPPAC is located on Level 5 of the parking garage.
Parking Facilities:
Please plan to arrive at least one half-hour before curtain time. A parking garage is connected to the City Center by an enclosed walkway. The WPPAC is located on Level 5. There are seven levels, all connected by the elevators located near the entrance to each level. This is a metered parking garage. The meters are in operation 24/7. It is 75 cents an hour.
Exits:
City Center is open 24/7. After evening performances, audience members should exit the building in the parking garage or down the escalator to the 1st Floor and out through the courtyard.
Latecomers:
Persons arriving after curtain time will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
