THEATRE RENTAL INFORMATION


The White Plains Performing Arts Center

  • is located on the 3rd floor of City Center, downtown White Plains

  • has convenient parking and great local restaurants within walking distance

  • is a 410 seat professional multi-purpose theatre

  • is perfect for your next concert, recital or other performing arts program

  • is perfect for corporate events, business meetings or fundraisers

  • provides excellent amenities and a professional staff
     




Rental Rates:
Rental Rate includes theatre rental, cleaning and minimum required staff (4 hour minimum).

Minimum required staff includes: Production Manager, Light Board Operator, Sound Board Operator, Deck Hand and House Manager.  Box Office set-up and staffing is an additional cost.

Not-For-Profit Rate:    $1,845
Commercial Rate:       $2,305
$500 each additional hour
(Fees are doubled on holidays)
(Any additional staff is $35/hr)

Rates effective July 1, 2008.  All rates are subject to change.
